lol49 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account and Use of the Platform

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "lol49" means the online betting and casino platform accessible at lol49.lat, including all associated services, tools, and content offered through that domain.
• "Platform" means the lol49 website, mobile-optimised interface, and any related services made available by lol49.
• "Player" or "You" means any natural person who registers an account on the lol49 platform and uses any of its services.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. lol49 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold one lol49 account only. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one account — whether under the same or a different identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details up to date at all times. lol49 accepts no responsibility for consequences arising from inaccurate information supplied by a Player.

2.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lol49 username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. 2.5 Geographic Restrictions. lol49 primarily serves the Bangladesh market. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using the lol49 platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. lol49 makes no representation that the platform is lawful or available for use outside jurisdictions where it operates.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

3.1 Verification Requirement. Before processing any withdrawal request, lol49 requires all Players to complete the KYC verification process. This process involves submitting valid documentary evidence of identity and age to the lol49 support team.

3.2 Accepted Documents. lol49 accepts the following documents for KYC purposes:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid Bangladeshi passport (biographical data page)
• Bangladesh driving licence (front and back)
• Birth certificate (for age verification only, in conjunction with another identity document)

3.3 Proof of Payment Method. lol49 may additionally request confirmation that the payment method used for deposits (such as a bKash or Nagad account screenshot showing the registered mobile number) belongs to the Player. Withdrawals will not be released to a payment method that does not match the verified account holder's identity.

3.4 Verification Timeline. lol49 will endeavour to complete KYC review within two business days of receiving all required documents. Players will be notified by the support team at [email protected] once verification is complete or if additional documentation is required.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. lol49 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). lol49 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Players.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. lol49 does not charge a fee for standard BDT deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Third-party payment service providers may impose their own transaction fees, for which lol49 accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. lol49 does not accept withdrawal requests to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in the Player's verified name.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within one to four hours for fully KYC-verified accounts during normal operating hours (BST). Bank card withdrawals may take two to five business days depending on the issuing bank. lol49 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.5 Deposit Integrity. lol49 only accepts deposits from payment methods legitimately held in the Player's own name. Deposits made via payment methods belonging to a third party will be refunded and may result in account suspension.

4.6 Currency. All BDT wallet balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records on lol49 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka. lol49 does not currently support multi-currency wallets.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. lol49 may from time to time offer Players promotional bonuses, free bets, free spins, deposit match bonuses, or other incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the promotion is made available. In the event of any inconsistency between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms will prevail in respect of that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real-money funds. Players must read these requirements carefully before claiming any offer.

5.3 One Bonus Per Player. Promotional offers are intended for one use per eligible Player. Attempting to claim the same promotion through multiple accounts, referred households, or coordinated group activity constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account suspension.

5.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus play cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. If a Player requests a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, lol49 reserves the right to deduct the outstanding bonus amount and associated winnings from the withdrawal.

5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. lol49 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to Player accounts in good faith.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. lol49 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where a bet exceeds the applicable stake limit, where a market has been suspended due to a data feed error, or where lol49 suspects that the bet has been placed using insider information or as part of a coordinated scheme to exploit pricing errors.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on lol49. These limits are displayed within the relevant market or game interface and may vary by market, game type, and Player account status. lol49 reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits without notice where it deems this necessary.

6.3 Voided Markets. In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or does not reach its scheduled conclusion, lol49 will settle affected markets in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the platform. All settled bets on voided markets will be refunded to the Player's BDT wallet at the original stake amount.

6.4 Casino and Slot Games. All casino and slot game outcomes on lol49 are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems operated by the game's provider (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). lol49 does not control or influence game outcomes. 7 Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the lol49 platform:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with lol49 services without manual human input.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

lol49 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by lol49. lol49 may suspend or terminate a Player's account immediately and without prior notice if lol49 reasonably believes that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or that continued access poses a risk of harm to lol49 or other Players.

8.2 Balance on Termination. Where an account is terminated as a result of a Player's breach of these Terms & Conditions, lol49 reserves the right to forfeit any BDT wallet balance, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals associated with that account. Where an account is closed at the Player's own request in good standing, any verified real-money balance will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method within ten business days, subject to completion of KYC verification.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure. Players who wish to close their lol49 account may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. 8.4 Dormant Accounts.
